I saw they were selling a set of 2 17x11 ZR1 polished with 36mm offset for $325 plus $56 shipping on eBay but when I emailed them for a price for 4 I was hoping it would be like $600 plus $95 shipping or something but they said $750 +$95 shipping. I was like WTF? I could save $100 by buying 2 sets of 2 instead of 1 set of 4!!! I went ahead and purchased a set late in November from OE Wheels after the group purchase went south. They added the $40 charge for splitting up a set and I think shipping was $89 plus since I'm in Florida I had to pay sales tax. I can't find the receipt but I looked on my credit card statement and all total it was $607.33 for a set of four in silver. Sounds like they have gone up again. AFS finally said they'd send me a set of 4 17x11s 36mm offset, polished aluminum ZR1s for $745 shipped. Should I take it or wait for something better? I really don't need em right away but I'm not sure if I should let this deal go. Thoughts?

Howdy,
TomZWheels who seems to have an ebay store as well as a "regular" store sold me a set of black OE Concepts for $494 shipped. AFS quoted me a very similar weight as the OE Concepts wheel (that I actually weighed myself). I'd say you can do better. :-) Mark |
