I chuckled and said, yeah, I did that on purpose,

and he looks puzzled and says "oh yeah, cool"

some people just don't understand camber


p.s. -2.1/-2.0 IS a little excessive on the street, I know this, but its worth it!

That's funny. I only run -1.3 and it is visible. -2 is a "bunch", I'm suprised anyone noticed it though.

I'll admit it looks a bit excessive sometimes,

with the ta fenders as exaggerated as they are, and the gw uppers pulling the front in some, instead of having the the lca come farther out to increase camber, then i can see some merit for what the guy said, it looks like something is wrong if you didnt know we adjust that on purpose.

anyways, imo it looks great with the camber if it wasnt for the fenders sticking out that much farther than the wheel. guess i need 17x11's to fix that, I don't see myself going less than -1.5 camber in the future.

It's the low rider trucks with all the negative camber that freak me out! You wonder how could a full size Chevy be driving around like that!

What's really sad is when you look at a lowered riced-out Civic and you're envious of the amount of negative camber they have.

exact same thing happened to me about 2wks ago right before I was about to drive 3hrs across the border(freaked me out for a split second). Guy in a truck pulled up beside me at the lights and said my wheel was wobbling. I just smiled and said it just looks like that. We went from the lights and the guy watched, then just smiled and gave me the thumbs up.

Mine will do it as soon as i change out springs again.

my problem right now is, i am at stock ride height BUT, i have billet strut mounts that are raised 2" above the stock mounting point. once i drop the car back down, I'll get my neg. camber back.

The sad thing is all those guys do it for is looks and then complain when they wear tires funny.

yep, I remember seeing a civic that had MORE than -3 degrees of camber, it was crazy!

and seeing the car go over bumps, you can tell it was so stiffly sprung, that it couldnt have leaned over too much to ever get the full contact patch of the tire.

i guess thats really what they want though?

anyways, -2 or so is about right for me, just need to drive it less on the street.

Not to mention that much camber on his drive wheels must have really limited launches (of course, he's probably happier to spin the tires so much)
