The 18 x 10.5 are 58 mm offset factory (correct?) then your 20 mm spacers take them to 38 mm offset final ? ~DaVe |

I'm no fan of white, but I really want this car. This is what I was looking for when I bought the convertible....and we love the convertible. But I want another coupe.

Since the wheels/tires have 6k mi on them, had them rebalanced and roadforced
(IMG:https://i.imgur.com/LLkw3we.jpg) They were smooth but are now once again smooth as glass |

She HATES white (and I'm not a huge fan, but I can live with it)...but I keep trying to convince her. It's tempting. House shopping is likely why I won't wind up with it...but you never know. |

I just sold a vehicle to a couple in OH in March. Simple. Didn't even need to meet at notary together. Just went to notary myself with their name and address, transferred title over to them prior to sale. Met in a Lowe's parking lot, swapped title and keys for their cash. DONE. White is all we buy. Love it. 8 out of my last 9 vehicles were white. |

Or you did the notarized title and they did the inspection when they got to Ohio and then did the title work. That can work. |

It has been parked outside in front of the garage for the last 3 winters. When they had it, I still had my Corvette and the SOM SS. For a while I thought I should stop and see about buying it. Now I don't think I'd want it. And I wouldn't want to do that to this car. I really need a garage first. However, if I move and sell my house, I might show up with a pile of cash and a trailer. Usually they need to be mounted between the top hole and the factory hole in the axle to get the LCA's level. Having them running down hill (to the axle) can result in roll oversteer. Drive it and see how it feels.

Drive it and see how it feels. The rear mounting point of the arm is 3/8" lower than front mounting point, which I deemed more desirable than the top hole. Having it on the top hole would still allow the arm to be lower on the front mounting point, than the rear. |

The more severe the angle, the worse the geometry problems become. Just wanted to make sure you were aware of the potential issues. Having the front lower than the axle creates roll understeer. See what setting you like. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) I still want that car. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) |

(IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) Yea, I figured since it has stock drivetrain, panhard bar is lowered/leveled, and 285's square... i'll set the rear mounting point with it being 3/8th lower than the front. As my wife says, I just keep our cars in great condition so the next owners can enjoy and benefit from all the nonsense I go through maintaining and tinkering with them. |

Nice young kid from MD came up, with a few buddies. Trailered it home. Will be his 1st manual. Claims he wants to do exhaust and an ls6 intake manifold. He'll enjoy it. Happy for him. |

Nice young kid from MD came up, with a few buddies. Trailered it home. Will be his 1st manual. Claims he wants to do exhaust and an ls6 intake manifold. He'll enjoy it. Happy for him. Excellent. Sounds like it went to a good home. |
