Yeah, the 'live' Youtube show you posted turned out to be a recorded session, so I got to watch the red flag session, and most of the finish (between doing Sunday chores). Seems like it rained pretty much 100% of the event. That has to be maddening for the teams and support.

I saw no rain from when I turned it on with 17 hours to go all the way down to about 12 hours to go (Maybe into the 11 hour mark, not sure when I went to bed). When I woke up they said they just resumed a little bit before I tuned in. The whole time I watched the first evening, they were talking about the rain and hail that were on the way, so they knew it was coming. |
