Is that sorta/kinda closer to an E/SP car or a C/P car (IF you were going by SCCA rules)??

Let's see. No website of thread of my own, so I'll put it here.

2000 Trans Am WS-6
2980lbs with fuel and driver
700lb coilovers and Koni SAs up front
275lb springs and Afco 7/4 split rate shocks out back
35mm hollow front bar, 21mm rear
Some other suspension things
Full bolt on, intake, exhaust, makes about 350hp and 380tq at the wheels
(No, not built to a certain ruleset; Grand Bayou races are classed according to qualifying times, not build sheets. I get to do whatever I want to the car and still run it.)

Ever think of getting a wings west front lip for it?

I am currently putting a truck of mine back together after I was the victum of a headon motorcyle fatality in a local canyon. This truck was and still is going to be my daily driver. Its my 'current' project not by choice, others house and car projectes are currently on hold for the moment. I have to actully get out there right now and get going on it. Goodbye.

it is EXACTLY an ESP car. This picture was taken when we were running Time Only runs in the afternoon. My .sig was "old" for some reason didn't show my class correctly, but I have fixed it now..

It could be a CP car, but that would mean running against the Lewis Mustang from Florida and I don't like the idea of racing a 2800 lb car with a 400 HP motor....

This is a pic of my '88 AS Camaro from the Runoffs. Besides regular off-season maintenance she's ready to go for next year. Hopefully I'll pick the right tires to run on during the race next year (long story).

Yes actually. All new exhaust is on the short list for me this winter (ok maybe a little more than regular maintenance (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) )

I haven't weighed mine, but that's real close to where I'm at. It's very likely sub 3,000 lbs (I'm guessing that it's headed for 2,800) and about 400 flywheel hp.

I just need tires....(IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Not really a "race car" ......
`95 Z28 street/ track day beater, 33K miles, bought new, drag raced till about 2002. Since I`ve always been a fan of roundy round and road racing, open tracking was the next step:
- 1995 Z28 M6, stock short block, AFR190cc, Advanced Induction HR cam, Jesel SS rockers, typical bolt ons, PCMforless tune, 382 SAE thru SLP shorties, Random cat
- Eibach Pro-Kit, Koni SA shocks, Strano front bar/OE rear, original front bushings, UE rag joint eliminator, more aggressive alignment, LG Motorsports aluminum LCAS w/ rod ends, Spohn chromemoly PHB w/ rod ends, Poly T/A and trans bushings, subframe connectors, Turn One PS pump
- stock T56, Lingenfelter 3.5" aluminum DS, Fidanza aluminum FW, McLeod single disc, LT4 PP & drill mod, 4:10s and T2R
- TrackBrackets (Bob Bishop) C5 ZO6 front brakes w/ Severn ducts, Hawk HT10/HP+ for track use, GM Durastop ceramic/PF pads for street
- AFS polished ZR1 17x9.5/17x11 , 275NT555/315NT555R drag radial Nittos street, and coming this spring, Nitto NT01 for track

New parts this winter: Tru-Cool oil cooler, Mocal SP1CT, bigger rear bar

Webshots album

1983 Z-28 Camaro:
Competed in Midwestern Council of Sports Car Clubs American Grandsport Class, 2001- 2004.
Competed in National Auto Sport Association American Iron Series, 2005.
Being prepared for NASA's Camaro-Mustang Challenge Series.
Currently, she is on jackstands, all of the wiring is out as I am getting ready to put in new electronics.
Putting 1LE calipers and rotors from 88 TA parts car. It came with the Wilwood hubs, but no rotors. That set up (Wilwood)is illegal for CMC. I can not find a 12 inch rotor. I'll probably up grade to a 1998 fronts after I get everything together.
Two WC T-5's to be gone through.
305 to rebuild.
Need to replace the windshield yet.
I probably be putting a new cage. I have to check the legality of the Competition Engineering cages that are available.
There is a Autopower bolt in now, and it needs to be updated (dash bar and another door bar). It is cheaper for me to buy a new CE cage then update the one I have.
Go to www.dillinderracing.com and to the photos page to see what she looks like.
You'll also see the GT-1 car I get to play with also.

Here's my '94 Z28 at Mid Ohio a couple weeks ago. I won TTD, and wasn't far off the track record with only 2 dry sessions.

Another monster motor Chris?

I have been thinking about un-mothballing my car for a run at the Texas Mile this fall. It is just a laid back weekend speed fest at Goliad. You up for some of that? Maybe we could get Guy to show up as well?

Keep pestering me and I might just make it to Goliad this year. I have nothing of my own to really run down there but I might convince some Houston friends to make the event and tag along with them.
